Last year two police K-9s were retired due to age.
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office Canine Division have a limited
budget -but, and "Angel" came along by the name of Marilyn
Moman who donated the funds for the purchase of a handsome
4 year old Belgian Malinois named Zoeloe. He was born in
Germany and his companion human police officer, Sergeant Tyrone
"Ty" Morgan chose Zoeloe over all canine
candidates. Zoeloe tested the top of his class. In two
weeks Sgt. Morgan will start training Zoeloe for
narcotic and patrol duties. Sheriff Roger Vanderpool emphasized
"how valuable police K-9s are in law enforcement."
